Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2 business days to process your order. You will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way! Please note, we do not offer store pickup or local delivery.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using ground shipping.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: We offer free ground shipping in the Continental United States. A Flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@partysavior.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
